Responsible for working closely with senior management and operational staff focusing on reports to summarize and forecast company business activity and financial positions. Fully responsible for company financials, budget, forecast, variance analysis.
Duties
Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Publish timely and complete financial statements.
Manage the operations of the accounting department and accounting operations.
Prepares budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.
Responsible for all cost accounting, variance analysis and budgeting and forecasting.
Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors.
Create financial budgets, models, and performance metrics
Monthly Market Administrator reporting
Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree from four year College or University; Master's preferred.
Two or more years related experience
Strong organizational skills
Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Must have knowledge of GAAP,IRC,FASB, accrual base accounting
Excellent analytic skills
Dairy accounting knowledge preferred but not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
