Adecco is looking for a candidate to fill a customer service position in Troy, NC. This is a 1st shift position, starting at $18 per hour. M-F from 8AM-5PM. If you are interested, please read the position summary and qualifications below.

Skills Required:


  • Efficient use of computers to include data entry, email, MSWord. Knowledge of NCWorks online is preferable.

  • Efficiency using various office equipment including printers, copiers, etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Welcoming and positive attitude

  • Diploma/GED


Duties and
Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate staff

  • Greeting customers and ensuring they complete the center intake process

  • Assisting customers using the resource center computers - applications, resumes, etc.

  • Providing basic information about programs and services to customers

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
