Customer Service
Adecco is looking for a candidate to fill a customer service position in Troy, NC. This is a 1st shift position, starting at $18 per hour. M-F from 8AM-5PM. If you are interested, please read the position summary and qualifications below.
Skills Required:
Efficient use of computers to include data entry, email, MSWord. Knowledge of NCWorks online is preferable.
Efficiency using various office equipment including printers, copiers, etc.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Welcoming and positive attitude
Diploma/GED
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate staff
Greeting customers and ensuring they complete the center intake process
Assisting customers using the resource center computers - applications, resumes, etc.
Providing basic information about programs and services to customers
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
