Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions - Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees - Perform 10 key typing to accurately input financial data - Handle accounts receivable by invoicing clients and tracking payments - Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements - Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and issuing payments - Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends in financial data - Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations - Utilize knowledge of governmental accounting principles for accurate reporting - Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of cash balances - Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance to management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry - Solid understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations - Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently and accurately - Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation - Excellent organizational and time management skills Note:
