Pilot Plant technician has a diverse role in completing all tasks related to the day to day operation of a pilot plant. The role part of a larger R&D team which provides trial information for operating conditions. Record data and observations for reference. Flexibility in the type of work is a must. Detailed oriented, works independently, reports finding clearly and concisely. Technician is logical and methodical in troubleshooting. Inventory, staging materials, batching formulas, QC checks, operating a filler, sending shipments, writing SOPs and filling out necessary reports. Willing to work flexible scheduling, Adaptable and quick at learning new skills, executes operations accurately according to plans, basic algebra, must be able to lift 60 lbs. Must be able to work with foods such as allergens, acidic fruits, and in hot and cold or wet environments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
