Production Associate

Job Description:
Production Associate at a World class, Tier-one automotive systems supplier located in Troy Ohio.
Here, you will do production for Honda, Toyota and General Motors.
Job Positions; ‚ĘProduction Assembly Associate ‚ Performs duties required to assemble and inspect automotive parts.
Load and unload bins, assemble components, inspect quality of parts, reports defective material to supervisors.
‚ĘProduction Weld Associate ‚ Performs duties to weld and inspect automotive parts, Load bins with parts, loads parts into robotic weld cells, inspect parts for quality.
‚ĘProduction Friction Stir Weld Associate.
‚ same as weld associate ‚ĘProduction Paint Associate ‚ Loads and unloads paint lines, packages components, inspect parts for quality.
‚ĘStamping Associate ‚ Performs set up duties to operate stamping press, operate overhead crane at press, drive forklift to unload material, detects and reports defective material to supervisors ‚ĘPress Operator ‚ Conducts press operation safety checks, records production data in system, operates overhead crane, may perform minor maintenance and machine adjustments.
‚ĘHydroform Associate ‚ Effectively run the Hydroform Masterline to manufacture quality parts, operates overhead crane, drives forklift to unload material, detects and reports defective material to supervisors.
Positions will be selected based on how well employee does during training.
Dress Code; You will be supplied (2) uniforms and a badge, however it is your responsibility to get steel-toed boots and they MUST cover your ankle.
Shift Hours; 1st shift hours are 7am-3pm 2nd shift hours are 3pm-11pm 3rd shift hours are 11pm-7am 1st shift will start at $11.
00/hr Every 30 days the pay will increase .
50 cents 2nd/3rd shift will start at $11.
25/hr Every 30 days the pay will increase .
25 cents You will top out at $12 during your temporary period (90 days) then once you are hired on internally, you will receive a raise and benefits

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
